A.A. 2026/2027 TIROCINI 3° ANNO GOLGI E HARVEY - NUOVA MODALITA' DI PRENOTAZIONE / TRAINEESHIPS 3rd YEAR GOLGI AND HARVEY - NEW BOOKING PROCEDURE

Per la gestione dei tirocini del 3° anno, a partire dall’a.a. 2026-2027, è stata implementata una nuova modalità di prenotazione dei turni di tirocinio curriculare, da svolgere presso i vari reparti messi a disposizione dalle strutture ospedaliere del Polo didattico di Pavia.
Tale modalità è resa disponibile agli studenti Golgi e Harvey del 3° anno – a.a. 2026-2027 – a partire da settembre 2026, per i turni da fine ottobre 2026 a settembre 2027.
Il sistema prevede che, accedendo con le proprie credenziali istituzionali alla piattaforma TSP 2.0 (link: http://unipv.tsp.esse3.cineca.it/) nelle date di apertura delle finestre di prenotazione, gli studenti in possesso dei requisiti previsti dagli art. 3 e 4 del Regolamento per i tirocini professionalizzanti – corsi Golgi e Harvey possano selezionare le turnazioni di tirocinio curriculare previste dal piano di studi del proprio anno di corso.
Il link per l’accesso alla piattaforma si può recuperare anche dalla propria Area Riservata di Esse3 – voce del menù “Tirocini e Stage”, sezione “Homepage Tirocini e Stage”.
Per lo svolgimento dei tirocini curriculari previsti (15 CFU, pari a 300 ore), divisi in 3 differenti AD, lo studente dovrà scegliere, per ogni AD di tirocinio, un turno della durata di 4 settimane presso uno dei reparti previsti.
La frequenza dovrà essere di 25 ore settimanali, distribuite su 5 giornate di 5 ore l’una (indicativamente dalle 8 alle 13), al fine di conseguire un totale di 5 CFU pari a 100 ore per ogni AD.

Gli studenti Erasmus che svolgeranno parte del tirocinio all’estero dovranno invece contattare l’Ufficio Tirocini (tirocini.medicina@unipv.it) per programmare le settimane necessarie per il raggiungimento dei CFU previsti dal piano di studi. Coloro che, invece, svolgeranno tutti i CFU di tirocinio in mobilità NON dovranno prenotarsi tramite TSP 2.0.

ENGLISH VERSION
For the 3rd year traineeships in A.Y. 2026-2027, a new procedure has been implemented for booking curricular traineeship shifts, to be carried out in the various wards provided by the hospital facilities of the Polo didattico pavese.
This procedure is made available to Golgi and Harvey students in 3rd year - a.y. 2026-2027 - starting from September 2026, for the rotations from the end of October 2026 till September 2027.
The system provides that, by logging in with their institutional credentials to the TSP 2.0 platform (link: http://unipv.tsp.esse3.cineca.it/) on the dates of the opening of the booking windows, students who meet the requirements specified in Articles 3 and 4 of the Regulations for professional traineeships - Golgi and Harvey can choose the curricular traineehship rotations, as provided by the study plan of their year of study.
The link for accessing the platform can also be retrieved from your Area Riservata in Esse3 – selecting from the menu "Tirocini e Stage", “Homepage Tirocini e Stage”.
For the curricular traineeships (15 CFUs, equal to 300 hours), which are divided into 3 distinct AD, the student will have to choose a turn in one of the designated wards for a duration of 4 weeks per AD. Attendance is required for 25 hours per week, distributed over 5 days of 5 hours each (indicatively from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.), in order to achieve a total of 5 CFU, equivalent to 100 hours for each AD.

Erasmus students who will complete part of their traineeship abroad have to contact Ufficio Tirocini (tirocini.medicina@unipv.it) to arrange to make up the rotations required by their degree programme. If the student will attend all their traineeships abroad, he/she does not have to book any slot on TSP 2.0.
THE FIRST BOOKING WINDOW FOR 3RD YEAR TRAINEESHIP FOR A.Y. 2026/27 WILL OPEN ON
GOLGI COURSE SEPTEMBER 15th – 8.30 a.m. AND WILL CLOSE ON SEPTEMBER 16th – 12.30 noon (midday).
HARVEY COURSE SEPTEMBER 16th – 8.30 a.m. AND WILL CLOSE ON SEPTEMBER 17th – 12.30 noon (midday).
