Nuovi sportelli per studenti dedicati ai tirocini di Medicina e Chirurgia al Campus della Salute - New Help Desks for Medicine and Surgery Students about traineeship matters

Gentili Studenti/Studentesse,
vi informiamo che sono stati attivati due nuovi sportelli, uno in presenza e uno virtuale, gestiti dalle dott.sse Emanuela Dedè e Giulia Zaniletti dell’Ufficio Tirocini – U.O.C. Presidenza di Medicina, dedicati alle questioni riguardanti i Tirocini dei CdL in Medicina e Chirurgia – Golgi e Harvey.
Lo sportello in presenza è aperto ogni martedì dalle 14 alle 16 a partire dal 16 gennaio 2024, presso l’Ufficio Tirocini, situato nel nuovo Campus della Salute (viale Golgi, 19). Tale sportello è dedicato solo alla consegna dei libretti TPV in originale e ad altre questioni che l'utente dovrà specificare nella richiesta di appuntamento e che non possano essere risolte tramite sportello virtuale. E’ necessario prenotare un appuntamento attraverso la piattaforma GOPA (http://gopa.unipv.it/). Si avvisa che è possibile prenotarsi fino a 3 giorni prima della data di appuntamento.
Lo sportello virtuale (gestito tramite Google Meet) è disponibile ogni giovedì, dalle ore 9 alle ore 11, a partire dal 18 gennaio 2024, previo appuntamento prenotabile attraverso la piattaforma GOPA (http://gopa.unipv.it/). Si avvisa che è possibile prenotarsi fino a 3 giorni prima della data di appuntamento. Tale sportello è dedicato a tutti gli studenti che necessitassero di informazioni e chiarimenti riguardo i tirocini.

we inform you that two new Help Desks have been activated, one in presence and one on-line, managed by Dr. Emanuela Dedé and Dr. Giulia Zaniletti of the Traineeship Office – U.O.C. Presidenza di Medicina, dedicated to the Golgi and Harvey course traineeship matters.
The Help desk in presence will be opened every Tuesday, 14.00-16.00, starting from the 16th of January 2024, at the Traineeship Office placed at the new Campus della Salute, Viale Golgi 19. This Help desk is dedicated just to the TPV original booklet delivery and other matters that could not be solved through the on-line Help desk.
It’s mandatory to book the slot through GOPA (http://gopa.unipv.it/) at least 3 days before the appointment date.
The on-line Help desk (through Google Meet) will be available every Thursday, 9.00-11.00, starting from the 18th of January 2024, and it’s opened to any student who will need information or clarification about traineeship matters.
