A.A. 2026/2027 - TIROCINI 6° ANNO GOLGI E HARVEY - NUOVA MODALITA' DI PRENOTAZIONE / TRAINEESHIPS 6th YEAR GOLGI AND HARVEY - NEW BOOKING PROCEDURE

Per la gestione dei tirocini del 6° anno, a partire dall’a.a. 2025-2026, è stata implementata una nuova modalità di prenotazione dei turni di tirocinio curriculare e pratico-valutativo di Medicina Generale, da svolgere rispettivamente presso i vari reparti messi a disposizione dalle strutture ospedaliere del Polo didattico di Pavia e presso gli ambulatori dei Medici di Medicina Generale (MMG), selezionati tramite Bando di selezione.
Tale modalità è resa disponibile agli studenti Golgi e Harvey del 6° anno – a.a. 2026-2027 – a partire da settembre 2026, per i turni da fine settembre 2026 a settembre 2027.
Il sistema prevede che, accedendo con le proprie credenziali istituzionali alla piattaforma TSP 2.0 (link: http://unipv.tsp.esse3.cineca.it/) nelle date di apertura delle finestre di prenotazione, gli studenti in possesso dei requisiti previsti dagli art. 3 e 4 del Regolamento per i tirocini professionalizzanti – corsi Golgi e Harvey possano selezionare le turnazioni di tirocinio curriculare e pratico-valutativo di Medicina Generale, previste dal piano di studi del proprio anno di corso.
Il link per l’accesso alla piattaforma si può recuperare anche dalla propria Area Riservata di Esse3 – voce del menù “Tirocini e Stage”, sezione “Homepage Tirocini e Stage”.
Per il corso Golgi, per lo svolgimento dei tirocini curriculari (5 CFU, pari a 100 ore), lo studente dovrà scegliere un solo turno presso uno dei reparti previsti per 4 settimane. La frequenza dovrà essere di 20 ore settimanali, distribuite su 5 giornate di 4 ore l’una (indicativamente dalle 8.30 alle 12.30), al fine di conseguire un totale di 4 CFU pari a 80 ore.
Per il corso Harvey, per lo svolgimento dei tirocini curriculari (8 CFU, pari a 160 ore), lo studente dovrà scegliere due turni, uno da 4 settimane e uno da 3 settimane, in due reparti diversi. Lo studente si candiderà per entrambi i turni nella stessa sessione di prenotazione. La frequenza dovrà essere di 20 ore settimanali, distribuite su 5 giornate di 4 ore l’una (indicativamente dalle 8.30 alle 12.30), al fine di conseguire per i due turni rispettivamente 4 CFU (80 ore) e 3 CFU (60 ore).
Per entrambi i Corsi Golgi e Harvey per 1 CFU pari a 20 ore di tirocinio è previsto che lo studente debba seguire nell’arco dell’anno accademico 4 sessioni del Progetto Campus ON AIR.
Per lo svolgimento del TPV di Medicina Generale, invece, lo studente in possesso dei requisiti di accesso potrà selezionare il Medico di Medicina Generale e il periodo per la frequenza del tirocinio in questione.
Per il Tirocinio a scelta VI anno (AD 507258) consultare la pagina dedicata sulla piattaforma Kiro, cui si accede con le credenziali d’Ateneo.

Gli studenti Erasmus che svolgeranno parte del tirocinio all’estero dovranno invece contattare l’Ufficio Tirocini (tirocini.medicina@unipv.it) per programmare le settimane necessarie per il raggiungimento dei CFU previsti dal piano di studi. Coloro che, invece, svolgeranno tutti i CFU di tirocinio in mobilità NON dovranno prenotarsi tramite TSP 2.0.
Gli studenti che dovranno eventualmente recuperare dei turni di tirocinio degli anni precedenti dovranno contattare l’Ufficio Tirocini (tirocini.medicina@unipv.it) per organizzare il recupero dei turni di tirocinio previsti dal piano di studi, da frequentare nei reparti delle strutture Ospedaliere del Polo didattico pavese.
La frequenza alle sessioni del Progetto Campus ON AIR NON è riconosciuta per gli studenti che dovranno recuperare dei turni di tirocinio e per gli studenti Erasmus che svolgeranno parte del tirocinio all’estero.

ENGLISH VERSION
For the 6th year traineeships in A.Y. 2024-2025, a new procedure has been implemented for booking curricular and practical-evaluative traineeship in General Practice shifts, to be carried out respectively in the various wards provided by the hospital facilities of the Polo didattico pavese and at the MMGs (GPs) who applied to the public selection.
This procedure is made available to Golgi and Harvey students in 6th year - a.y. 2026-2027 - starting from September 2026, for the rotations from the end of September 2026 till September 2027.
The system provides that, by logging in with their institutional credentials to the TSP 2.0 platform (link: http://unipv.tsp.esse3.cineca.it/) on the dates of the opening of the booking windows, students who meet the requirements specified in Articles 3 and 4 of the Regulations for professional traineeships - Golgi and Harvey can choose the curricular and practical-evaluative traineehship in General Practice rotations, as provided by the study plan of their year of study.

For Golgi course, for the curricular traineeships (5 CFUs, equal to 100 hours), the student will have to choose a single turn for 4 weeks. Attendance is required for 20 hours per week, distributed over 5 days of 4 hours each (indicatively from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 a.m.), in order to achieve a total of 4 CFU, equivalent to 80 hours.
For Harvey course, for the curricular traineeships (8 CFUs, equal to 160 hours), the student will have to choose two rotations, one of 4 weeks and the other of 3 weeks, in two different wards. The student will apply for both shifts in the same booking session. Attendance is required for 20 hours per week, distributed over 5 days of 4 hours each (indicatively from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 a.m.), in order to achieve 4 CFU (80 hours) and 3 CFU (60 hours) for the two turns, respectively.
For both Golgi and Harvey Courses, regarding the 1 CFU equivalent to 20 traineeship hours, students will be required to attend 4 sessions of Campus ON AIR Project over the course of the academic year.
For the TPV in General Practice, students who meet the requirements for the access can choose the MMG and the period to attend.

Erasmus students who will complete part of their traineeship abroad have to contact Ufficio Tirocini (tirocini.medicina@unipv.it) to arrange to make up the rotations required by their degree programme. If the student will attend all their traineeships abroad, he/she does not have to book any slot on TSP 2.0.
Students who may need to complete traineeship CFU belonging to the previous course's years have to contact Ufficio Tirocini (tirocini.medicina@unipv.it) to arrange to make up the rotations required by their degree programme. These rotations must be completed attending the wards within the Polo didattico pavese.
Attendance at the Campus ON AIR Project sessions will NOT be recognized for students who may need to complete traineeship CFU belonging to the previous course's years, nor for Erasmus students who will complete part of their traineeship abroad.
THE FIRST BOOKING WINDOW FOR 6th YEAR TRAINEESHIPS AND PRACTICAL EVALUATIVE TRAINEESHIP IN GENERAL PRACTICE (TPV MMG) FOR A.Y. 2026/2027 WILL OPEN ON 2nd SEPTEMBER – 8.30 a.m. AND WILL CLOSE ON 3rd SEPTEMBER – 12.30 noon (midday).
