TIROCINI V ANNO GOLGI E HARVEY - NUOVA MODALITA' DI PRENOTAZIONE

Per la gestione dei tirocini del V anno nell’a.a. 2024-2025, è stata implementata una nuova modalità di prenotazione dei turni di tirocinio curriculare e pratico-valutativo, da svolgere presso i vari reparti messi a disposizione dalle strutture ospedaliere del Polo didattico di Pavia.
Tale modalità è resa disponibile agli studenti Golgi e Harvey del V anno – a.a. 2024-2025 – a partire da luglio 2024.
Il sistema prevede che, accedendo con le proprie credenziali istituzionali alla piattaforma TSP 2.0 (link: http://unipv.tsp.esse3.cineca.it/) nelle date di apertura della finestra di prenotazione, gli studenti in possesso dei requisiti previsti dagli art. 3 e 4 del Regolamento per i tirocini professionalizzanti – corsi Golgi e Harvey 2024/2025 possano selezionare le turnazioni di tirocinio curriculare e pratico-valutativo previste dal piano di studi del proprio anno di corso.
Il link per l’accesso alla piattaforma si può recuperare anche dalla propria Area Riservata di Esse3 – voce del menù “Tirocini e Stage”, sezione “Homepage Tirocini e Stage”.
Per lo svolgimento dei tirocini curriculari (6 CFU, pari a 120 ore), lo studente dovrà scegliere due turni, ciascuno da 3 settimane, in due reparti diversi. Lo studente si candiderà per entrambi i turni nella stessa sessione di prenotazione.
Per lo svolgimento del TPV di Area Medica e di Area Chirurgica, invece, lo studente in possesso dei requisiti di accesso dovrà prenotare un solo turno per ciascuna area, ovvero selezionerà un solo reparto che frequenterà per un mese (fino al raggiungimento di 100 ore).
Si consiglia di prenotare i turni di tirocinio curriculare nel primo semestre, dato che da metà febbraio a settembre le disponibilità si ridurranno sensibilmente per garantire la frequenza del TPV.
La quarta finestra di prenotazione per l'a.a. 2024/2025 si aprirà martedì 14 gennaio - ore 8 e si chiuderà mercoledì 15 gennaio - ore 12

A settembre, prima dell’inizio della programmazione dei tirocini per l’a.a. 2024-2025, saranno rese disponibili anche le istruzioni per la compilazione del registro presenze e per la registrazione dei crediti di tirocinio.
For the 5th year traineeships in A.Y. 2024-2025, a new procedure has been implemented for booking curricular and practical-evaluative traineeship shifts, to be carried out in the various wards provided by the hospital facilities of the Polo didattico pavese.
This procedure is made available to Golgi and Harvey students in 5th year - a.y. 2024-2025 - starting from July 2024.
The system provides that, by logging in with their institutional credentials to the TSP 2.0 platform (link: http://unipv.tsp.esse3.cineca.it/) on the dates of the opening of the booking window, students who meet the requirements specified in Articles 3 and 4 of the Regulations for professionalizing traineeships - Golgi and Harvey 2024/2025 can choose the curricular and practical-evaluative traineehship rotations, as provided by the study plan of their year of study.
The link for accessing the platform can also be retrieved from your Area Riservata in Esse3 – selecting from the menu "Tirocini e Stage", “Homepage Tirocini e Stage”.
For the curricular traineeships (6 CFUs, equal to 120 hours), the student will have to choose two rotations, each of 3 weeks, in two different wards. The student will apply for both shifts in the same booking session.
For the TPV of Medical Area and Surgical Area, students who meet the requirements for the access will have to book only one shift for each area, i.e., he/she will select only one ward that he/she will attend for one month/4 weeks (until 100 hours are reached).
It is recommended to book curricular traineeship rotations in the first semester, as from mid-February to September, availability will be significantly reduced to ensure TPV attendance.
The 4th booking window for a.y. 2024/2025 will open on Tuesday, 14th January - 8 a.m. and will close on Wednesday, 15th January – 12 noon (midday).
Ufficio Tirocini will provide support in the booking phase through the mailbox and phone contacts (0382.984401 / 0382.984943).

In September, before the start of traineeship programme for A.Y. 2024-2025, instructions for completing the attendance register and recording traineeship credits will also be made available.
